Off-Roading
We love to take our Jeep off-roading. We even taught Brad how to drive by taking him off-roading so he actually learned on a manual before an automatic. We like to go to the Mounds in Gennesee county so everyone can take turns driving. Since Brad doesn’t have his driver’s license yet, we helped him get an ORV Safety Certificate so that he can take the Jeep out in the Mounds. We all belong as a family to What Lies Beyond, a Jeep club.
Archery
Cody competed nationally when he was growing up and still loves archery today. He has taught both Brad and me how to shoot. We set up targets in the back yard mostly but we like to go to the Demmer Center at MSU as well.
Baseball
We attend at least one game a year to watch the Lansing Lugnuts. Once a year isn’t that much but it’s a great family outing.
Gaming
We play a lot of games in our home. It’s our go to for family time. We play board games, card games, and video games. Catan, Splendor, Ticket To Ride, Yatzy, and the Game of Life are just a few of our table games. We enjoy family games on the living room TV too, especially when people come to visit since everyone can join in.
